After traveling almost 3 million airmiles on business and personal pleasure trips between 1999 and 2006, we decided to stop writing dozens of postcards every time we went somewhere interesting and to start our own “email travel postcard” for friends, family and for anyone interested.
This turned into the (now notorious) "Avid Wanderers Travel Blog" which is a collection of our rambling thoughts, observations, adventures and photographs from our travels around the world.
